Accessing my account

Did you disable your account due to fraudulent activity? If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please scroll to the bottom of this page, select the Contact us button, and get in touch with Hal Support

  • How do I get back into my account?
    If you have not deleted your email yet, you can access with your email and password.
  • What do I do if I already delete my email?
    You can access with your Hal Id and your password.
  • What if I forgot my password?
    If you have not deleted your email you can ask for a new password in the login screen. If you have deleted your email, the only way to get access is with your Master Key.
  • How do I use my Master Key?
    Just copy and paste it in the password field with your Hal id and you’ll get access.
  • What if I loose my Master Key?
    Then your account is closed. We don’t have any way to verify that’s you. Yet…
