The Hal’s.

• You can always change your online/offline status. When online you will receive questions from new users or new sessions, but once offline you will not be receiving new questions or new sessions. You will stay with all sessions that are open till you close those sessions.
• As more session you got, more you could earn, that’s why as long as you are online you are able to receive more questions from users and if you have good ratings more session will be delivered to you.
• You will get paid based on 2 important things: Session and Ratings.
• If you are not available, you should change your status to Offline cause anytime you receive a question and it’s not answered after 5 minutes the session will be automatically closed, bad rated and redirected to another Hal and that will affect your overall rating and earnings.
• You will be able to see how much sessions do you have and how much are you earning so you can track everything, but you are now in a 30 days trial mode after that you’ll start earning $ if you qualify.
• The system will send automatic messages if you receive a question and don’t answer. Also, you can get bad rates when that happens.

SPECIALISTS

• You can set your own rate and session time. You wont have a timer but you can always talk the user as someone who is looking for some specific questions.
• When you are not available the system will send you an email to let you know someone needs your help.
• Once you close a session the user will rate you. If the user leave you a 1 star rate, you wont get paid.
• If you feel the user is doing something wrong or illegal you can report him or let us know so we can take care of that.
